Congratulations on your engagement! Getting married is such a monumental event in your life that no matter how big or small your plans are they should have you & your partner at the very centre of it!
My approach is to capture all those wonderful natural moments that happen and to document your beautiful day as it unfolds ... whilst quietly steering you in the right direction to get those epic shots as well as the all important family photographs!

what it's all about
Your wedding is about committing your lives together and after the celebration is over you have; each other (!), your rings, your memories and your photographs.
The photographs I take allow you to compound your memories & relive your day. They also can show you bits that you missed - from your mum's teary eye as you say I do to the wild dance moves your friends bring out!
I understand your wedding photographs are a big investment so I've put together a step by step guide of what is included in your photography coverage and what I will be doing on your day to capture it for you.
Here are some questions I get asked often
- Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in North Glasgow and travel all over Scotland's central belt.
- How long do you photograph for on the wedding day?
My full day coverage is from morning preparations until into the dancing at night but I also offer an hourly rate package.
- How many photographs will we get?
For a full day I deliver 800+ full edited photographs. These photographs can be shared & downloaded as much as you like by yourselves and whoever you share your gallery with.
- How much is the deposit?
I ask for a deposit of 30% of your overall payment at time of booking.
- Do you take formal group shots?
I do indeed! Before your wedding I send you a booking form which lets you tell me what group photographs you would like so we can be completely organised (...and not miss anyone out!)
- Do you have insurance?
Yes - both for my equipment and public liability.
- When do we get to see our final images?
I send you out a few sneak peek photographs a couple of days after your wedding and aim to get your full gallery out to you within 6 weeks.
- Should we have a second shooter/photographer?
That's totally up to you! I love to chat to the couples I work with about this to find out what their needs are and if I can cover it on my own.
- Do you do albums?
Ooo I love when couples choose to get an album! I do and they can be purchased after your wedding. For more information please go to my fine art album's page here.
- Can we make our own prints from the digital files you give us?
Absolutely! There is a shop attached to your gallery which uses a professional print service in Glasgow however there is no obligation to use it.
- What do we do if it rains?
Ahh the big question! I'll take my lead from you guys - if you don't want to go out ... no problem we will find a cosy nook indoors. However, if you are keen I always love to head out ... I try to find a shady spot under some trees, a wee shelter / barn / boathouse to snuggle in (see below!) or just grab some umbrellas!
