Mel & Nick

M&N . Wedding . Lindores Distillery . October 2020 .

Mel & Nick decided in March to postpone their June wedding due to Covid-19 but then at the very last minute in October contacted me to say they were going to try to go for it afterall and I couldn’t have been more delighted for them! They managed to re-organise everything in 2 weeks and got married in the grounds of Lindores Distillery surrounded by 18 of their closest family & friends. The ceremony took place at the abbey ruins and drinks in the courtyard beside a fire-pit and it all just felt so special and atmospheric! The meal was inside and for favours they gave their guests decorative masks as a wee nod to the current restrictions. I was delighted to get to go inside the still house to capture some memorable photographs . They had sparklers at night and a wee dance about with them so they didn’t miss out on a ‘first dance’. Mel & Nick were so relaxed during their day and just beamed with happiness the whole time and it was such a delight to photograph it. Here is a little glimpse into their beautiful wedding …

hello there!

I'm Suzanne Lister and I am the 'Lister' in

Kal-lister-scope. It's a play on Kaleidoscope which means 'Observation of beautiful forms'. And who & what are these beautiful forms, you ask? Well that's you guys! - your venue, your families bursting with pride, your carefully considered wedding details, your sneaky loved up glances to each other, your shapes on the dance floor and your best friends beaming from ear to ear!

My approach is to capture all those wonderful natural moments that happen and to document your beautiful day as it unfolds ... whilst quietly steering you in the right direction to get those epic shots as well as the all important family photographs!

THE EXPERIENCE.

Booking your wedding photography is a huge investment and it can be stressful not knowing what is involved. Find out more about what it would be like to have me as your wedding photographer.
